Life is Binary
Life is binary. It’s either happening, or it’s not. The underlying force which we call “life” is the same in you as it is in me. It’s the same in you as it is in the ant, or the fish, or the protozoa.
The most valuable thing in your life is life itself – everything else is just accessories.
Where I live, what I drive, what I wear, what I eat – these are all accessories.
I am alive right now – this is the biggest joy

Don’t mistake the accessories of life for itself. Don’t disregard these things. Family, work, the food you eat, your possessions, these are all important, but are they life itself? If these exist in your life or not, does that mean that the life manifested as you is inherently wrong or not lively?
I don’t think so.
Know that in each deep conscious breathe you are experiencing life the best that you can. Starting with that as your foundation is a good place to start. All actions which stem from this will have consciousness as their starting point as well.
